House has off-street parking and a great, responsive landlord. Your space would include one of the upstairs bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Common areas include the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Utilities include gas heat, central A/C, electric, fiber, and washer/dryer. Rent is $850 a month plus utilities.
