Hi there! I’m a professional, state employee, working full-time remote, which means I’ll be in our room most of the day during standard weekday hours. My partner is a college student also doing classes mostly online. We are looking at our options which include renting our own place outright or renting a decent sized room preferably with its own bathroom. However, we want to control our costs as we do not see ourselves staying there for any more than to 12 months. Bigger with own bathroom means better and less use of common area.

Hello, me and my fiance are looking for a room for rent that will allow our 4 dogs and us. 2 of them being my ESAs with documentation. I work full-time graveyard shift as a care aide and my fiance works part time doing various side jobs for private clients. A master room with private bath would be ideal, also if it has a private entrance to a back yard or side yard that would be great for the dogs! 800 is our budget to rent a room.
