I am a male professional, looking for a roommate. Looking to rent out 1 of my rooms and private bath. I live in Mineral Wells and the place is available. I am pretty laid back. I don't smoke, but if you do and your living with me then you'll have to smoke on the patio by the pool. This place is close to everything! Also wi/fi is in room, wash and dryer in house and all appliances are new. All utilities included in rent!
