Hi!! I am years old , I have a months old daughter and I’m looking to rent out our spare bedroom. We live in a beautiful gated community in psl, we have a pool a gym and a hot tub. I love this neighborhood, it’s peaceful and quite and everyone is so friendly. My daughter and I are mostly only home at nighttime she is in daycare Mon-fri and I’m at work, we just can’t afford this place by ourselves and I really hope I can find someone because I love this house. My roommate would have the whole downstairs to themselves, their own bathroom and their own outback patio
