I'm new to California and have been here since April . The room I'm renting is becoming unavailable April th because the landlord wants to switch the property to a 1 family residence and I can't pay the $ per month she will be charging so I'm forced to move. I'm a single responsible professional looking for a quiet place in Folsom because that is where my employment is. I'm open to a co-ed situation as well. My interests are cycling, weight lifting and just being active in the outdoors. Looking forward to a new home journey.
