I’m looking for a room for the full academic year and then negotiable at end of term if both parties mutually agree. I’m active, I skateboard and walk regularly. I’m pretty well adaptive to environments as long as you are clean have good intentions, and are chill and a motivated individual. i’m also completely agreeable with boundaries and respecting them.
