About me
I have a bath home that I currently share with my 5 yr old son and my 2 year old cat. He is a proper gentleman, and my son is very well behaved. I am looking to rent out 1 room with a shared bathroom with my son (which he barely uses). The whole house is furnished except your room. It does come with a new flat screen wall mounted tv and small walk in closet. Rent would be $ a month plus power, WiFi, trash and water, so probably a rough estimate of $.
