About me

I'm an old Navy vet who lives in my own space with a living room, bathroom, and bedroom attached to the house. I typically only use the kitchen and laundry room in the main house. I spend a lot of time in the summers up north. I have a friendly and quiet Chihuahua. The price includes rent, utilities, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels, alarm, WiFi, and cable. I am looking for roommates. If you would like to be the only roommate, message me for a price and I will turn the other room into a guest room for family and friends. I’m very flexible.
