This is a bath unit so you’d have your own bathroom. The apartment is over square feet with an awesome view of downtown. Right across from cathedral square so great access to events, local bars and restaurants. I work rd shift and tend to work over hours a week so you’d have ample privacy. I do have 2 cats so unfortunately I cannot have anymore pets in the apartment. I’m a relatively chill year old male. I keep my living space clean but I’m not a stickler about things. I’m not charging extra for utilities.
