No pets , no smoking and no couples ( single person only). I have 2 cats already( the cuties in the pics )roaming around that is why no more animals , the complex is a no smoking on property and room and the townhouse does not have enough room for 3 full time residentSThe room is fully furnished !!!! Including a wall mounted inch tv with streaming services and the house has a good wireless connection. There is a full bath on 2nd floor to share and a bath downstairs. All common space shared . Just bring clothes and personal items and your all moved in. Everything else is here !A nice but small garden in front with herbs and a fire pit for evening company . In back there is a small patio with another fire pit and dining .
