I am looking for someone to split rent with in a bathroom 2nd floor condo unit in Shelton, CT starting February 1st of this coming year. Rent is $ utilities. (Internet is complimentary by me) There is parking on for one additional vehicle besides my own, comes with a full kitchen and electric heating. No washer or dryer but plenty of laundromats nearby. No pets allowed per condo rules.
