Hi everyone,I’m looking for a room to rent in Toronto, outside of the main downtown core, ideally within walking distance to Line 1. My budget is $.I’m dealing with an extreme anxiety disorder, low heart function, and dissociation, which have made day-to-day life challenging. This year alone, I’ve undergone an angiogram, echocardiogram, and CT scan back in February, but my doctors are still unsure of the cause of my heart issues and why my heart function is quite low for my age. They’ve asked me to return to Toronto for further examinations. Being near Line 1 is essential so I can easily access my heart doctor’s office at Lawrence Park. I often feel fatigued, experience frequent palpitations, and have low energy, so proximity to transit is very important to me. Last year, I had to rely on Uber to get to appointments, and it was really difficult.I left Toronto in August to visit family abroad but now urgently need a place to stay. Beyond just finding a room, I’m hoping to live with people I can connect with on some level. The past few years have been incredibly isolating—I’ve moved three times within Toronto and felt completely alone each time. It’s been tough, and I’m really hoping for a more supportive environment this time around.I’m a quiet, respectful non-smoker—you’ll likely barely notice I’m there—but I’d love to share a space with kind, understanding people who can help make the house feel more like a home.I’d prefer a month-to-month arrangement and am happy to pay first and last upfront on the lease. If you have any leads or questions, please feel free to message me. I know my budget is tight, but I’m staying hopeful.Thank you so much for taking the time to read this!Sincerely,Kevin
