I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Stadium Suites starting in January ending July , I am planning on moving out in mid-December for a job in Florida. I have two female roommates who are in undergrad at USC, one has a sweet dog.My rent is $ (not including online payment fees) with utilities included, fully furnished, patio, private bathroom and closet in room PLUS private storage closet, and washer and dryer in unit, as well as a private shuttle to campus. Good walking distance from the football stadium. I am room A, so the one closest to the front door.
