The Quad has a shuttle to campus, has their own gym, pool, and appliances. Each room is a private bedroom and private bathroom. We are the closest building to the entrance and the leasing office. Our townhouse is a premium class apartment town house. We both have upstairs rooms. There are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. The base rent is $889 but with utilities it is $996.
