I’ll have a room opening up in December. You’d be sharing the space with me and another roommate who keeps to himself and is very quiet. It’s a shared bathroom setup, and you’ll also have access to a home pool and backyard. Shared kitchen and living room. I’ve got a small dog and we’re located in Sunrise, FL. We’re both all pretty low-key and friendly. Just hoping to find someone responsible, respectful, and punctual with rent.
Bill covers water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
