This apartment is apart of Evolve Bloomington. It is located right by the IU football stadium and is a minute walk to the Kelley School of business! Me and my 3 roommates are looking for subleasors for the months of January-July . The rent is $ per person. It it fully furnished, has a wash/dryer, updated appliances, gym, sauna, basketball court, and pool! It would be amazing to find 4 subleases all together but if it is just 1 person that is fine too because the leases are separate! It is a great, safe place to live and me and my roommates have enjoyed living here very much! We are all going abroad second semester so just looking for people to take over our leases!
