Hi friends! I am looking for a roommate to live at The Haven at Lake Britt. Monthly cost would be around eleven hundred dollars a month per person. Move In would be anywhere from November twenty ninth to December seventh. Washer/Dryer in unit, balcony, and 2 master bedrooms with private bathroom access and large walk-in closets. Located by Flamingo Crossings! This is a brand new property that was recently built and offers multiple luxurious amenities. I am looking to sign a thirteen month lease. They are currently offering 1 free month of rent which we could have prorated to lessen the monthly rent.
About me: I am from Denver, Colorado who is very clean, respectful and friendly. I am outgoing and enjoy going to the theme parks with friends, going to concerts, and working out. I live a healthy lifestyle and would like to find somebody like-minded. I work full time and keep myself busy. Looking for somebody around my age and who is financially stable. NO PETS.
