male, newly empty nester. Retired military with stable income. I have one pet dog, a German Shepherd named Sarah. Outside social smoker only, no drinking or drug use. Looking for a new area and new experiences. Not wanting to focus on one area so a month lease works for me. I keep any pet waste picked up in the yard and clean and shedding daily in the house. Huge music fan and enjoy cooking / grilling. NO APARTMENTS or SUBLETTING due to being me a dog owner.
