About me
Me and my husband are looking to rent two of our bedrooms that are located on the second floor. I am a research Scientist working from home and he is a university professor. We are using first floor only so tenants will be using second floor and kitchen and laundry of the first floor. The house is located by walking distance from government canyon in a community with a beautiful and long walking or jogging trail and a club house with a lot of amenities. Our house is a brand new building and no one used the rooms on the second floor. We are looking for responsible female tenants that are working fulltime outside the house (in-office) with no criminal background, no drama, no drug, no party, no loud music.
