The common areas are fully furnished and the bedroom comes with a large desk. Move in date is January (or sooner). The apartment is located in The Summit at Red Rocks apartments complex. The property is a minute walk from the bus station/light rail. The apartment has nice amenities including a pool, gym, and game room with ping pong, pool, and a bowling alley. It has ample parking in the lot. I have one friendly cat. I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and low key.
