looking for two room mates, I have two rooms available one is plus utilities and the other is plus utilities. Located off the main rd of Kellogg creek a mile or from bells ferry and less than 5 minutes to highway . Both rooms are located up top on 2nd. Floor directly across each other along with a full bath/shower. Month to month or longer lease available, totally up to you. First and last month up front, no deposit necessary but info will be explained on lease about us coming to terms if damages happen. There’s a master bedroom on the main level along with living room, laundry room, half bath, and kitchen. Out back there is a screened in porch with ceiling fans and lots of potted plants 🪴 catching sun. I have a shed out Bach back that I use for storage but it’s has plenty of room for more storage if needed. the back yard is gated and very big. There is a car port on the side of house where the driveway curves down to with 3 parking spots. Also room to park in regular driveway and even grass if you wanted, I’m not picky as long your gentle pulling in and out because i do pay to have yard nicely d weeks. The front yard is nicely shaded by two big magnolia trees.
