I am renting a room in my brand new 5 bedroom home. You will have your own room and bathroom. The bedroom has a inch flat screen mounted on the wall, queen size upholstered bed with new mattress, double nightstands, and a spacious closet. Your bathroom is right next to the room. It is fully decorated as well. You will have access to driveway parking and a code to get in the front door. You will have fast WiFi, and access to the full kitchen. I have 2 children who are well behaved. My children and I will mostly be at the top level of my home.
