Hello, My name is Terry. I’m clean, quiet, respectful of others & very easy going. I was in the film business for many years as a set builder/carpenter & I’m very handy with tools. I pretty much stay to myself but I’m not antisocial. I work in Fontana pm with a steady income. I’m not from this area, I grew up & lived in Burbank Ca all of my life but moved out here a few years back to live with my now recently ex. I don’t know anyone out here but my ex so there won’t be a lot of people coming over to hang out. I don’t cook much (mostly eating fruit & vegetables) & I clean up after myself. I have no pets & I’m recently single & I don’t party or drink but I’m not a AA kinda guy. I wear headphones most of the time (& I don’t sing out loud with them on) so I rarely make noise, I watch very little tv nor do I play video games, mostly I listen to music with headphones on. I’m funny, smart & fun to be around, I’m just a normal person/musician & I’m looking for a room to rent. I never practice my music at home & I have a storage for all of my gear & tools so I won’t be bringing anything like that to my next place to live. Thank you.
