Hello. I am an year old located in State College PA, in desperate need of a room to stay ASAP. I receive my paycheck this Friday, so either this Friday or Next Monday would be ideal. I have a budget of $ absolute maximum per month, but understand that the move in will likely require more for a deposit. Any requests a roomate would have for me I am happy to do, incredibly flexible and clean often to maintain tidiness. I have one cat, but stay on top of everything with him to make sure there are no issues with cleanliness from him either.
