It’s pretty funny that I can’t change the name of the profile to Rich, but I am his sister Cheryl. It is our property and he rents from us. The property is a beautiful property that backs up to the preserve in Nocatee. You would have full access to the kitchen and house and a private room and bathroom. The home is about square feet. A little about the house - open concept kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, farm sink, stone fireplace, covered lanai overlooking preserve..the house is a split floor plan with a master bedroom, two additional bedrooms with a private bath on the main floor and a private upstairs bedroom with its own bath. My brother is a smoker but only allowed outside. We are looking for a professional with a clean background and credit check.
