I am searching for a female to sublease my individual bedroom(and bathroom) in an apartment in Hub On Campus University, Gainesville, FL for SPRING . It is a four-bedroom apartmen. 3 minutes walk to campus, and close to midtown and downtown. The accommodations are excellent, swimming pool, gym, common areas…. You will be sharing apartment with an exchange students and a local one, the nicest people you will meet! It is fully equipped and you will have everything you need (cups, dishes, pan…) I can also leave some clean sheets and towels if you desire. The specific dates are January- July th. But I could pay if you are not staying for summer. Rent is USD per month.
