Room available just outside of town. min drive to Clovis or Sanger. miles from Fresno State and miles from Reedley College. Property is all country! Horses, Cows, Sheep, Chickens, Cats, Dogs on property. Have to be comfortable with gravel driveway and occasional coyotes howling, owls hooting, raccoons roaming. Property is fully fenced in and safety is a priority. Other that the place is very quiet, relaxing and a sweet spot.
