ALl utilities included and the contract is for 6 months or 1 year, whatever you choose. Rent is due in advance, so you pay to live, not live to pay. Preferably well organized people since the apartment is very clean all the time I want to keep it like that. House is cleaned every other week and is also included in the rent.
