TWO Fully Furnished bedrooms are available for rent in a single family home. EACH ROOM is $ per month. The bathroom is shared between 2 people n rarely up to 3. No pets are allowed except ones in a cage. No dogs or cats are allowed, but you need to be ok with them because they are in the house. They do not need to be in your space, but they are in designated spaces in the house. We will run background checks, income verification, request referrals, and 1st month rent and $ deposit required per room when the contract is signed.
