House is located in Elgin. You will have your own bathroom and access to WiFi, kitchen, washer & dryer. No couples, no overnight guest & no pets. You will have to provide your own food, laundry detergent, etc. Need ID & proof of income and it will be a $ deposit. I’m fine with month to month or short term lease.
