It is even closer to the I-4 corridor, bringing you easy access to many other venues in Central Florida. The room does not have an on-suite bath, but it does have direct access to your own private bath right next to your bedroom. This room comes with all the amenities a home should offer. It has a beautiful, shared kitchen, laundry, parking with a security camera, and a screened outdoor patio with a large, well-kept fenced backyard. I have an older dog, Charlie. I would consider a smaller dog or cat for an extra minimal security deposit. This room comes furnished with a double bed, large dresser, huge closet, tv, and ceiling fan. I also have a lovely child's room on the same side of the house. This would be nice for a single parent with a child or with weekend visits. I used to run a home daycare, which means I am fully vetted by the State of Florida and also work at a local hospital, which also screens thoroughly. In other words, I am safe!
