I have 3 rooms for rent. Small one is $, med size one is $, and the large one is $. This comes with all utilities; gas, water, electric, waste. The rent also includes high speed wifi (tested at over 1gb per second), house cleaning services for the general area. You may add your room for cleaning, but that’s an arrangement we have to make with the cleaning staff.
