Utilities included…Not enough room to show pictures of everything but these are some, you will have access to internet, Netflix, washroom, kitchen, PlayStation 5 if you like that, board games you can play, and access to a full entertainment area, I don’t expect or want anyone to feel like they are in jail so you are free to come downstairs in another entertainment area as well just like you’re at home, but the whole upstairs is basically yours with a bathroom, TVs are wall mounted in all rooms, rooms will be fully furnished
