I’m a very personable professional man who is very respectful of people’s differences and privacy. I try to be very fair (for example I cover more of the rent & utilities because my room is larger & I have a private bathroom). While I’m gay, I am in no way looking for anything other than a platonic roommate (although I am more than open to being friends). You’ll be free to talk to my current roommate who is moving out because he has the opportunity to pay a lower rent that’s closer to his job, although not downtown (where the rent is higher).
