About me
Introvert and animal rescue volunteer, needing a safe, peaceful, clean and quiet home with a calm vibe, low/minimal traffic in and out. I am friendly and happy to chat, but prefer to keep to myself when at home, so I can relax and recharge.
-Please no party houses or lots of guests/entertaining/noise…I’m an introvert, and this makes me uncomfortable.
-not looking for a house multiple roommates, multiple rooms in the home rented out, community living situations, etc.
-I am a homebody and will be home random times throughout the week. I will rarely use any common living areas, but keep to myself, as this is how I am most comfortable.
-neat/clean considerate, respectful and kind with ample experience living with people of various backgrounds/viewpoints. No political debates please-live and let live.
- i have no criminal background, no evictions, high credit score, can easily pass any background check
- Non drinker and not a user of illegal drugs
-Please, no drama, substance abuse issues, arguing/yelling, or violence of any kind.
-Clear, direct and respectful communication only please.
-I don’t currently have pets, but would like to have the option
-I have one car; just need a safe spot to park
-prefer to control the temperature of my bedroom independently of the rest of the house. AC in the bedroom ideal.
