Current renter has been here years. People end up staying here on average years. Smaller bedroom starts at and goes down to . Larger bedroom starts at and goes down to . First and last month rent due upon move in. Last months rent will be used in case of any damages and renter will be required to fill that back within months time. There is open stall parking and parking available on the street. If you want covered parking you will need to make a deal with the main tenant.
