We are a couple looking for a female only to rent our space. Space for rent is an attic space with small storage. All utilities are included with Laundry usage. There is a shared bathroom. The space comes unfurnished however we can furnish it upon request. NO PETS. NO MALES. The house is located near all local high ways such as RT . All shopping is no more then minutes away and we are also 5 minutes from the Rockaway Mall.
