Close to parks, grocery stores, restaurants, gym and more.I work from home, laid back. I like to clean up after myself and simply looking to rent out room to someone who is respectful, always pays on time, etc. There are 3 bedrooms. One of the rooms is mine, the other is rented out to a guy who is respectful and keeps to himself. The bathroom is a shared bathroom with that room with a hallway separating.
