Raised in Peru, degree in Economics, corporate jobs within the finance industry, but wasn’t my dream. Concurrently I developed and started to refine an original art style. You can check it in my at artdurand… I didn’t want to do art for commercial purposes and finance wasnt it… luckily for me a bad situations forced me to Airbnb along with finding a niche. Is not all I do, but that’s why the listings are furnished. Also, I’m the most patient person you will ever meet and very amicable. I can have a laugh, but I like my place neat well kept.
