About me
I am the owner (Male) of a duplex in which I live by myself at the moment. It has 4 bedrooms (2 downstairs and 2 upstairs) and 3 bathrooms (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs). I myself, stay in the master bedroom upstairs. I am looking to rent any of the 2 bedrooms downstairs. All the utilities (Gas, Internet, Electricity, Heat) are included in the rent. Unfortunately, no pet is allowed and a minimum of 2 months lease is required to be eligible: a- Big Bedroom - $ b- Smaller Bedroom - $ PICTURES COMING SOON!
