Looking for a roommate to move in with me. I just purchased a new home and have two rooms available. Everything is furnished including the room you would be renting. Also includes smart TV in your room. All amenities are shared throughout the house. Including washer/dryer, espresso machine, office room, living room etc. there are digital codes to access your private room that only you will have the code to. You would be in a shared restroom with the third roommate but currently there is no third roommate so basically you have a private bathroom until a third roommate is found or if I even decide to have a third roommate.
