Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to take my part of the lease in a -bath apartment at The Madison at Town Center ASAP. Rent includes water, sewer, amenities fees, and valet trash. Wi-Fi and electricity is separate, but split 3 ways with the other 2 roommates. The roommates are very respectful and clean. One is a healthcare professional and the other travels frequently.
