The room is not available until January 3rd after current tenant moves out. Just looking for a respectful quiet tenant for my dad and another lady that lives in the house. You must share a restroom with one woman. My father has his own private restroom since it’s his house. We have a family dog there name Kona and no more pets please. My dad is very quiet in the room majority of time, doing yard work or walking the dog. They rarely have guest over. I will not respond to one’s who request or questions things that are answered here already. Then you were not respectful enough to move here.
