I currently live in West Palm Beach and my current lease ends in January. Looking to secure a landing spot before then. I make a salary of $k and looking to pay no more than $ for rent. My current rent is $ so I’m trying to save a few hundred dollars a month next year. Would rather have a studio to myself but can adjust to a roommate situation.
