You will have your own bedroom. Utilities are split. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, pantry, spacious back yard, gym, and plenty of parking. There is a possibility for a garage space if your vehicle fits. The house is about minutes to Cannon AFB, 5 minutes to Wal Mart/nearby restaurants, and it is in a very safe area. The neighborhood is clean, and I haven't had any issues with neighbors. Tenant MUST be clean, responsible and considerate. No pet as I have my own.
