Renting out a private bedroom with a shared bathroom to ONE single individual in our house in NW Bakersfield with a pool. Safe and quiet neighborhood. $ Rent includes utilities. Move in date is January rd. I live with my boyfriend who is a professional and one other professional who works long hours and is gone often. We are looking for someone trust worthy, clean, and who is also a full time professional or student. We prefer to rent to travel nurses. Must be okay with dogs. No parties. We would like to meet you beforehand to see if we would be a good fit.
