Hi all, I’m looking for a cat friendly room or roomie situation preferably in north park hillcrest, mission valley or college area/la mesa. Flexible on exact lease start. I’m quiet, respectful, and like tacos. I also once ate all the marshmallows out of my roommates(and besties) lucky charms as an April Fools day joke in college but I’ve matured since then and too much sugar hurts my stomach now, so that unlikely to happen to you. I’m trans masculine identified and okay rooming with any gender as long as said human is okay rooming with a transgender person. I usually wake up around 7 and go to bed around . I have one cat who I’m moving with. She might do okay with another cat but she’s terrified of dogs. She is very social, loves to have conversations and new visitors(as long as they aren’t canine). Her favorite hobby is to sunbathe on the balcony or enclosed outdoor spaces with her human friends. Apartment wise I’m Looking for in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher and off street parking and private bath. Apartment amenities also a perk (pool fitness center etc). Budget is under 2k.
