Hii, How's it going? My name is Perseverando Bochi, but you can just call me Perse. I'm originally from Brazil, but I've been living in Miami for the past 3 years. So, here's the deal: I'm a restaurant manager, and I've got this exciting new project in Manhattan. I'm on the hunt for a room right now, looking to move in by late November. Just to give you an idea about me, I'm a super easy-going person with great manners. I'm years old and not much of a party animal, but I'm pretty cool and chill. Work-wise, I'll be putting in long hours - 6 days a week, around hours a day - so you can imagine I'll be quite busy.
