Hello, I am a white single man, clean and quite, drama fee, i have no pets and i do not smoke, no guests over ever, no drug use. I am starting over with just my clothes and car after some unfortunate events that have happened to me. i have never been to arizona but that is where my job has taken me. I have a job I just need a private room and bathroom. I would be open to negotiating lower rent for small repairs to your home or maintenance or something to that effect.
