Looking for an ensuite in quite house on the border of Phoenix/Tempe between lifetime fitness tempe and JARS airport. I work in occupational therapy/special education and vocational rehab, which requires a background/fingerprint clearance from the FBI. I am also finishing up a full time Masters program in Behavior Analysis and Special Ed through ASU. I’m independent and active, enjoy making pottery, road tripping and nature activities. I’m clean, prefer a quiet home and rarely have visitors. I love a beautiful backyard, farms, horses and fruit trees. Looking for a mature roommate. easy going, happy, and drama free. I am looking for a large furnished room with an attached PRIVATE bathroom/ensuite, walk-in closet and shaded parking/garage if possible. I’m not interested in living in a house with several people or in a house that’s cluttered, moldy, has AC issues or frequented by scorpions/cockroaches.
